Ben a recent customer of ours noticed that his floors are starting to feel more and more uneven. He wasn't sure what he should do or if it was even a big issue. He decided to do some research and ended up finding our company. He then started to look though our page to see if this was something we could do. He decided to give us a call and we got him on the schedule to meet with our specialist Dominic. Once Dominic got out to the home he met with Ben and they went over all the concerns he was having and what he would like to have done. They then went inside to look at the spot that is the most uneven. Once they were done with that Dominic then went into the crawlspace to look at the supports down there. Once he was done with that he sat down with the homeowners and went over what he found. He then recommended our SmartJacks to the homeowners. 

There were six Push Piers installed on the southwest portion of the foundation where the foundation had settled. We were able to lift the foundation 2 inches which leveled out the flooring of the master bed and guest bedroom. With the installation of the Push Piers, it provides the house with more stability and prohibits any future foundation settlement.  

A client contacted us because they had a split level house with an addition on the upper level of the home. They had noticed that addition was begging to settle and needed to be raised. After meeting with our design technician and providing feedback on a comprehensive solution to address their foundational challenges, our team got work. They began by removing the existing concrete from the foundation. Following this, they installed SmartJacks and that was anchored with a set of pre-cast concrete footing. The client's addition is now safe and secure for years to come!
