Earlier this month we helped a customer with her concrete in the garage, which was cracking, as well as to assure us that her sump pump is not currently leaking as of now. Our solution to her was to clear the dirt and add smartjacks to stabilize the supports and cleanspace to prevent further rot and moisture.

Is there water coming into your basement through some cracks? A recent homeowner was experiencing water going into her basement through a crack that connected to the window. She wasn't sure what she should do so she did some research. She came across our website and decided to see if this was something we could help her with.  Once she figured out we could help she gave us a call and we got her on the schedule to meet with our specialist Tim. A homeowner called us worried about her existing crawlspace support system. Wooden blocks were being used to hold up the floor joists and in many places those boards were breaking under the pressure of the home.
