We originally came out to this home to check for settlement. We determined that it needed to be stabilized and by doing so we installed our piers to stop the home from moving. 

Hit a bump in the road with your remodel? As you can see here, the original floors joists are in poor condition and will provide no support once the home is completed. We installed our SmartJack system to provide more support where needed. We also installed our insulation along the footing. 

A recent customer of ours in Wallace, Idaho called us with some concerns about water coming in behind the wall that is bringing the wall and supports down. They were not sure if they should try and fix it themselves or if they should call someone to come out. Sold 4 pushpiers, Because the walls of this home had major settling! After we installed the push peris the walls of the garage were brought back in almost 4 1/2 inches.
