This basement wall crack worried the homeowners, and they needed a long-term solution. That's why they chose our Flexispan© repair system. The crack is sealed with a bead of special, flexible sealant that will slow and, in many cases, stop the flow of water through the crack. Then, a Flexispan© foam drain strip is attached over the crack, which is a second line of defense against seepage - sending the water into the drainage below.

This customer noticed how musty his crawlspace was. He had us come out and examine the area, little did he know his crawlspace needed some repair as well. Here we installed our Smart Jacks to help restabilize the flooring to make it level again. We also installed clean space to help with the moisture, humidity, and musty smells. 

Here we installed our drainage system along the edge of the flooring as well as out sump pump to control any water that is getting in. 

Here we installed water drains around the perimeter of this basement to capture any water leaking in and direct outside of the basement.

Customer noticed they had some weak spots in the floors in their home. They had called us to put in better supports and beams!
