Foundation and Crawl Space Repair of Idaho Before & After Photos

A customer called because there was some foundation settlement at the front corner of the garage. The settlement had dropped two inches of the side of the garage wall and was being torqued, cracking and was lifting up the brick facade and buckling stucco finish causing structural damage. 

Foundation Supportworks of Idaho installed three Push Piers and was able to lift and stabilize the front corner of the garage. 

We had these customers give us a call to schedule an appointment because they kept having water come into there crawlspace, whether it be from a heavy rain or from the sprinklers running outside. We had a a solution that they were ecstatic about! The solution we provided was a water pumping system to keep the water from coming into the crawlspace, the customers were super happy at how amazing it has been working!

We installed our patented SuperSump premier sump pump system to protect this basement from flooding and standing water. This sump pump features a 1/3 HP Zoeller cast iron pump, built-in alarm, and a strong, airtight lid.

This basement wall crack worried the homeowners, and they needed a long-term solution. That's why they chose our Flexispan© repair system. The crack is sealed with a bead of special, flexible sealant that will slow and, in many cases, stop the flow of water through the crack. Then, a Flexispan© foam drain strip is attached over the crack, which is a second line of defense against seepage - sending the water into the drainage below.

This customer noticed how musty his crawlspace was. He had us come out and examine the area, little did he know his crawlspace needed some repair as well. Here we installed our Smart Jacks to help restabilize the flooring to make it level again. We also installed clean space to help with the moisture, humidity, and musty smells.
