A recent customer of ours noticed a bad smell coming from her crawlspace. She decided to go down to see if she could figure out why there was a smell. Once she got down to the crawlspace she noticed there water pooling in some spots. She knew immediately that it was not good to have water in the crawlspace. She did some research to figure out why the water was in there and how to help. She gave us a call and we got her on the schedule to meet with our specialist Tim. Once Tim got out to the home he knew right away they were going to need our Drainage Matting as well as our CleanSpace Encapsulation System.
When was the last time you were in your crawlspace? A recent customer called us because they had been down in the crawlspace for a couple of years and they had noticed some signs of water. We got them on the schedule with our System Design Specialist Dominic. Once he got out to the home and took a look at the crawlspace the quickly knew the best product to help the homeowners was going to be our SmartPipe for drainage and our SmarSump Pump.
We permanently lifted and stabilized this home's sinking floors by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space. These galvanized steel beams are the only floor-stabilizing solution that addresses the root cause of the issue (weak soils below!) which makes this the ultimate, long-lasting solution for sagging floors!
A homeowner in Boise, Idaho contacted Foundation and Crawl Space Repair and told us his crawl space needed a makeover; it was dirty, dusty, and unhealthy. Our solution was to install the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. CleanSpace isolates the crawl space and keeps the house safe from mold, humidity, dirt and mold.
A homeowner contacted Foundation and Crawl Space Repair of Idaho regarding his dirty crawl space. Our team used CleanSpace, a durable vapor barrier and the SaniDry Sedona, which eliminates damp and mold in the air while drying and filtering the air. All vents were covered in the crawl space as well. The dirty, humid crawl space is now a safe, clean space.
