We permanently lifted and stabilized this home's sinking floors by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space. These galvanized steel beams are the only floor-stabilizing solution that addresses the root cause of the issue (weak soils below!) which makes this the ultimate, long-lasting solution for sagging floors!

The homeowners in this Boise home discovered that water was finding its way into their basement. To deal with the water seeping in, a SuperSump sump pump and WaterGuard were installed to collect the water and discharge it a safe distance from the house.

With these products installed, the homeowner's basement problems were solved permanently. This made the homeowners very relieved and happy!
