This family noticed water leaking into their basement more often than not and how humid it left the whole basement feeling. Here we have installed our water guard to help stop any further water leaking in and our pump to help control the water entering the home as well as helping with the humidity. As you can see in the photos below, the flooring is very uneven and has detached itself from the wall due to the foundation settling. There is a noticeable space between the wall and deck that will continue to worsen as time goes on. We came out and installed our smartjacks and power brace system to help lift the foundation back to where it needs to be. Fixes such as this do not always get repaired right away, they may take a little time, but being patient and with our dedicated team members it will get resolved!
