Do you have an older home that has some older windows in the basement? A recent customer of ours in Boise has an older home and they realized every time it would rain water would enter the basement from around the windows. They gave us a call and we got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist Dominic. Once Dominic got to the home and looked at the basement he knew these homeowners were going to need to add some drainage. He then gave the homeowners a proposal with our WaterGaurd, SuperSump, and our CleanSpace Wall.
This homeowner just bought their home, and they realized the block in the basement was starting to crack and leak. They gave us a call and we got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist Tim. Once Tim got out to the home, he knew the best product for the homeowners was going to be our CleanSpace Wallie. The CleanSpace Wallie goes up on the wall to help with any water getting into the basement.
Having water in your finished basement is not ideal. Our WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a piping system installed around the perimeter of your basement and drains water unseen safely away to a sump pump. Our premier SuperSumps are designed to relive sub floor water pressure and evacuate water from the WaterGuard.
Do you ever wonder how water is taken out of your basement or crawlspace? Our Discharge lines are buried a minimum of 4 inches under the soil. Our IceGuard allows water to escape if the discharge pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason.
A Residential Property Management Company contacted Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to waterproof a basement for a home in Boise. Our team installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system and a SuperSump pump system with a cast iron pump, liner, and an airtight lid with airtight floor drain. The Clean Pump Stand, and Water Watch alarm system were also installed. The installation of IceGuard will prevent floods from a clogged or frozen discharge line and the team also placed a LawnScape well at end of the discharge line. The basement of the house is now dry, and usable.
