We permanently stabilized this home's sagging floors with our SmartJack system! These galvanized steel piers are fully adjustable and are designed to not only immediately stop any signs of settlement, but in most cases, may even lift the floors above back to their original position.

Built in the early 1900s, this crumbling basement wall was about to succumb to serious wall failure. Luckily, the homeowner caught it in time. A Nampa homeowner was faced with a problem  when there didn't seem to be enough room to install our Sump Pump system in his basement. The installation of the sump pump was very non invasive and is now hidden from regular foot traffic.
