Foundation repair and SuperSump Pump System install in Idaho Falls, Idaho. TrenchDrain and IceGuard, to prevent future flooding, complete the home project.
This homeowner located in Ammon, Idaho was perplexed. They discovered that water was leaking into their basement on a regular basis, especially after a heavy rain storm. The catch, however, was that there were no visible cracks or any noticeable entry points for the water to come in from. Our solution to the homeowners problem was to install Cleanspace liner and drainage matting. These two products help drain and funnel any water that may come into the basement into a safely determined place. The Cleanspace liner was installed to encapsulate the basement and help keep not only water out of the basement but also pests! The homeowners were extremely happy at having their problem solved permanently.
A customer called because there was some foundation settlement at the front corner of the garage. The settlement had dropped two inches of the side of the garage wall and was being torqued, cracking and was lifting up the brick facade and buckling stucco finish causing structural damage.
Foundation Supportworks of Idaho installed three Push Piers and was able to lift and stabilize the front corner of the garage.
We had these customers give us a call to schedule an appointment because they kept having water come into there crawlspace, whether it be from a heavy rain or from the sprinklers running outside. We had a a solution that they were ecstatic about! The solution we provided was a water pumping system to keep the water from coming into the crawlspace, the customers were super happy at how amazing it has been working!
NexusPro® is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry. It fits into homeowners' busy lifestyles, too - drying time is a fraction of that needed for other urethane-based caulking products.
Why you need it.
The soil under your concrete driveway, sidewalk, stoop, patio, pool deck, or garage slab can soften or erode as surface water runs through open cracks and joints. Weak soils and voids allow concrete to shift and settle, resulting in cracked, uneven surfaces.
