This customer already had a vapor barrier as well as a dehumidifier, but it was not doing the job. We came out and installed our water drainage system including our SmartPipe and SumpPump to collect any water and redirect it back outside of the home.
Have you ever wanted to get your crawlspace encapsulated? A recent customer of ours in Rigby wanted to get their crawlspace encapsulated to make sure no water or anything else got in. They gave us a call and we got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist Tim to get a quote.
This customer noticed how musty his crawlspace was. He had us come out and examine the area, little did he know his crawlspace needed some repair as well. Here we installed our Smart Jacks to help restabilize the flooring to make it level again. We also installed clean space to help with the moisture, humidity, and musty smells.
Have you noticed old water stains or water damage in your crawlspace? A recent customer of ours in Idaho Falls noticed some old water stains on their black vapor barrier. They knew that it is never a good sign to see anything with water. They gave us a call and we got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist Tim. Tim gave them a quote for our CleanSpace Light, it does not fully encapsulate the crawlspace but it is laid down then pinned to stay in place.
This homeowner located in Ammon, Idaho was perplexed. They discovered that water was leaking into their basement on a regular basis, especially after a heavy rain storm. The catch, however, was that there were no visible cracks or any noticeable entry points for the water to come in from. Our solution to the homeowners problem was to install Cleanspace liner and drainage matting. These two products help drain and funnel any water that may come into the basement into a safely determined place. The Cleanspace liner was installed to encapsulate the basement and help keep not only water out of the basement but also pests! The homeowners were extremely happy at having their problem solved permanently.
