Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Here the team is in the middle of installing SmartPipe, to drain any water entering into the crawlspace and redirecting it back outside of the home. 

This crawl space liner was loose, flimsy, and wasn't sealed to the crawl space, allowing moisture to penetrate the crawl space and create a damp, musty smell. To fix it, we installed our 20 mil thick CleanSpace© liner, over twice as thick as industry standard liners. Its a powerful liner manufactured in seven layers, and includes a 25-year warranty against rips and tears! Lastly, we installed our SilverGlo© crawl space wall insulation, a 2" foamboard panel infused with graphite, which offers significant energy savings long-term. 

To repair this crawl space's sagging beams, we installed a supplemental beam supported with our SmartJack system. This system is proven to support loads far greater than common support columns, and is built on engineered fill that addresses the root cause of settlement.
