Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A customer had cracks in the foundation which allowed water to enter the crawl space. A sump pump and smart pipe was installed to drain out any water currently in the crawl space and in the future. 

Here the team is in the middle of installing SmartPipe, to drain any water entering into the crawlspace and redirecting it back outside of the home. 

Before tackling this project in Cataldo, ID, the homeowner faced persistent dampness in their crawl space, a common but troubling issue. This customer was looking for some extra waterproofing products, as per what he currently had was not helping. We installed a dehumidifier to help with any moisture or humidity occuring.

This is a before and after of an installation of our Everlast door product. As you can see the customers only had a couple of pieces of plywood covering the area. It is very common for this to be installed as it is an efficient way to enter and cover the crawlspace of the home.
