Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

However, this was not adequate to handle the periods of excess rainfall that the Treasure Valley had been experiencing. The unfortunate result was that the excess water was leaking through a crack in his foundation wall that was allowing the excess water to pool in his crawlspace. After our design technician met with the client, we were able to craft a tailored solution to meet our client's needs. Our team quickly and carefully installed a SmartSump, IceGuard, and LawnScape to ensure that the client's crawlspace is not only dry but also ready to hold up to next Spring's rainfall. This crawlspace was insulated with SilverGlo then encapsulated and waterproofed with our Cleanspace liner providing a cost-effective way to keep water out and heat inside the home! This will help with heating costs during the winter and keep water away from fixtures below the house.
