Water was entering the basement through cracks in the foundation. One of our forewomen came over and installed waterguard and a sump pump to drain the water and bring it to the outside. 

To ensure water discharges away from the foundation effectively, we installed our TrenchDrain system below the gutters over the patio. After installation, we left the blue tape for latter removal — so the concrete and tile could be replaced without debris clogging the grated removable cover.

We were able to transform these cracked, messy & moist basement walls  into warm, waterproofed & mold-resistant ones using SilverGlo insulation.
