A homeowner reached out because their basement laundry room, set in the lowest point of the house, flooded during heavy rains. We promptly installed a SuperSump, WaterGuard which solves basement water problems without clogging, IceGuard to let water escape from SubPump and run on the normal route, and a WaterGuard Inspection Port that works with the WaterGuard system; all items that will keep the basement laundry room dry and serviceable.
