To fix their sloping floors beneath their washer, this homeowner wanted our SmartJack system — a proven system to support loads far greater than common floor columns. Its adjustable design allows a custom fit for every crawl space, and can immediately lift sagging crawl space beams. 

To repair this sinking column, we installed our Supportworks Helical Piers beneath the concrete footing, which disturb less soil than other solutions and transfer the weight of the home from unstable soils onto competent strata.

The owner noticed major interior and exterior cracking around his property, a clear indication of foundation settlement. It had gotten so severe that a bedroom wall was not even touching the ceiling. We utilized our galvanized push pier technology to counteract the settlement using the Earths hard bedrock. Our team was able to achieve an outstanding 6" of lift!
