 A homeowner in Caldwell, Idaho contacted Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to fix his crawl space that was dirty and damp with failing support beams. Our team moved quickly to install a  SaniDry Sedona and a Condensate Pump for the Sedona. The Sedona eliminates damp and mold in the air and also filters the air for a safer, healthier crawl space. To replace the old, leaning beams, we installed SmartJacks for better, lasting stability support.  The job was completed quickly, leaving the customer happy with safer crawl space!

We cleaned up this damp and dirty crawl space by removing all of the fallen fiberglass insulation and encapsulating it with our ultra durable CleanSpace vapor barrier.

With our SmartJack system, the sagging floor joists were immediately stabilized and lifted — all thanks to the galvanized steel columns built onto compacted engineered fill, transferring the home's weight from unstable soils and onto competent strata. 

To prevent water from flooding this basement during heavy rain, we installed a perimeter drainage system with WaterGuard, which is specifically engineered to capture groundwater. Then, we installed our TripleSafe, a sump pump system with 3 pumps to provide flood protection against power failure, pump failure, and a single pump being unable to keep up with high volumes of water.
