This damp, messy crawl space was succumbing to wood rot, mold, and pests due to the high humidity in the crawl space. Now, it's clean, dry, and healthy thanks to our powerful 20mil CleanSpace liner! It includes antimicrobial protection and a 25-year warranty against rips and tears. 

This homeowner was worried about the cracked walls against the sinking corner of their home. To fix it, we brought in SupportWorks© helical piers. These piers are 'screwed' into the soil next to the foundation, and sections are added to reach the necessary depth and capacity needed to transfer the weight of the home onto more competent soils.

The homeowner was experiencing moisture intrusion in her bathroom. Water was noticed on the floor as well as the wall. When she called initially, she was afraid that the hose spigot directly behind the wet wall was the culprit. When our crew removed the drywall they found a large vertical crack from the ceiling to the floor. We were able to apply Flexispan to the entire crack which halted the leak in its' tracks. 

This customer was looking for some extra waterproofing products, as per what he currently had was not helping. We installed a dehumidifier to help with any moisture or humidity occuring.
