When our crew removed the drywall they found a large vertical crack from the ceiling to the floor. We were able to apply Flexispan to the entire crack which halted the leak in its' tracks. 

This customer was looking for some extra waterproofing products, as per what he currently had was not helping. We installed a dehumidifier to help with any moisture or humidity occuring.
