Foundation and Crawl Space Repair of Idaho Before & After Photos

A recent customer reached out to us because their basement was leaking, but their crawlspace connects and their is high moisture in the crawlspace. Our specialist Tim went out to the home and took a look at the crawlspace, and noticed the homeowners did not have a vapor barrier. Our CleanSpace Light is a white/green six-layer reinforced laminate containing no adhesives. CleanSpace is used to isolate the home from the earth completely. 

We transformed this previously damp and dirty crawl space into a bright, healthy, and dry environment. Complete with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, SilverGlo Insulation boards, and a few other of our patented waterproofing products- moisture nor humidity will be a threat for this crawl space now!

A Boise resident was worried about an exterior crack he found in his foundation. He noticed that it was starting to show on the inside basement wall as well. We inspected the property and found that our Flexispan sealant was just what the homeowner needed. The home is now safe from further cracking and water intrusion in that area.

This homeowner had an outdated pump system in the crawlspace that could not handle the water flow. We installed the UltraSump pump system and were able to connect the upgraded pump to the already-existing drainage pipes. Our system handled all the water and left the homeowner with a peace of mind knowing he did not need to worry about the crawlspace flooding.

Ms. Palmgren had a single crack in her foundation, and she wanted to keep water from getting into her crawlspace. So we dug out the crack by removing the soil around her foundation and sealed the crack with Flexicock. By doing this seal, it will now prevent any water from getting into her crawlspace.
