Foundation and Crawl Space Repair of Idaho Before & After Photos

A recent customer of ours Fred had noticed some cracks in his foundation right above his crawlspace vents. He wasn't sure if it was a big concern or if he would be okay. He decided it would be best to have us come out, we have already done some work for him in the past so he knew right away we were the right people to call. We got our specialist Nick out there as fast as we could to take a look at the cracks. He knew right away our CrabonArmor was the right product for Fred. Fred a recent customer of ours was having his cracks fixed in his crawlspace when he started asking questions about our encapsulation system. The foreman on the job let him know that it would be a good investment to do since our CleanSpace separates the home from the earth. Fred also realized that it would also help with any water that might tyr and come in. 

Do you have a vapor barrier in your crawlspace? A recent customer of ours called us because they realized there was some water in the crawlspace and they did not have a vapor barrier at all. We got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist Dominic. Once Dominic got out to the home and looked at the crawlspace he quickly knew the homeowners were also going to need some drainage. Dominic then went over the different options we offer. The homeowners finally decided to go with our SmartPipe for drainage and our CleanSpace Light for the vapor barrier. CleanSpace Light does not fully encapsulate the crawlspace. 

Do you have water in the crawlspace and you are not to sure where it's coming from? Most of the time water in the crawlspace is due to groundwater. Our SmartPipe's custom design has holes on top and front under a filter fabric to accept water from the soil and surface of the crawlspace.
