Do you have some water getting into your crawlspace but you aren't sure where or how? You might have a crack on the inside of the foundation that is letting in water. Our CarbonArmor uses fiber-reinforced polymers which are ten times more stronger than steel, yet flexible enough to contour tight against your crawlspace wall.
A client contacted us because each spring the rains would cause water to seep into their basement which would soak the floor and baseboards. After meeting with our design technician and providing feedback on a plan tailor-made to address their foundational challenges, our team got work. They installed a new SuperSump pump, IceGuard, and WaterGuard. The client's basement can now handle those heavy spring rains to ensure that their basement will be moisture free for years to come!
The concrete walkway was separated and settling from the house. This was causing water
to get into the home's basement. We were able to lift the slab using our
Push Slab Piers system. After we lifted the slab we installed waterguard and a sump pump in the basement. This was done to prevent any future water issues in the basement.
We originally came out to this home to check for settlement. We determined that it needed to be stabilized and by doing so we installed our piers to stop the home from moving.
Hit a bump in the road with your remodel? As you can see here, the original floors joists are in poor condition and will provide no support once the home is completed. We installed our SmartJack system to provide more support where needed. We also installed our insulation along the footing.
