Foundation and Crawl Space Repair of Idaho Before & After Photos

This customer got ahold us of because he noticed some of the flooring in his home weakening and sagging so we came out and came to the conclusion that we needed to install our smart jack system and supplemental beam installation to resolve the issue. Below are the before and after of this customers crawlspace repair!

Calvin a recent customer of ours in Hailey reached out to us with concerns of the backside of the home starting to settle. They also noticed a couple of cracks on the interior of the home. They weren't sure what they should do so they decided to give us a call and we got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist Ryan. Once Ryan got out there he knew right away the best product for the homeowners was going to be out PushPiers under the footing of the foundation. 

Pictured, is a home that had settled so we needed to install our piers. This is a "before and after" of the hole that is excavated for our piers to be placed and then a photo of the pier once it is set before we backfill the holes.

Owner had standing water in crawl space of house. We installed a complete and total solution which included: SmartPipe drainage system, CleanSpace liner, Regrading, SaniDry dehumidifier system, SmartSump Sump Pump, Vent covers, IceGuard and Lawnscape outlets. 

There was water leaking into the basement, probably due to a crack in the foundation. Our workers came and placed sentryseal over the walls outside the basement where water was most likely getting through.
