Homeowners had a vertical crack in the concrete wall of the basement, visible from the interior and exterior.  Water intrusion occurred during heavy rain fall and snow or ice melt.  For the structural repair we used FlexiSpan crack repair system to both seal the crack and provide a secondary method of protection in case of a small leak.  The WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system with SuperSump pump system and discharge line has been custom designed and installed for the space.  To protect the hom from mold growth and prevent humidity from evaporating into the basement, the SuperSump system features an airtight lid, drain and a CleanSpace liner.

Homeowner experienced flooding with an existing exterior drainage system.  WaterGuard, SuperSump Pump and a Total Basement Finishing assembly are installed for a permanent solution.

Uneven floors, doors would not shut and cracks in the drywall.  The home's foundation had sunk.  The SmartJack™ System is installed to support the floor joist system and solve the problem.

We were called to this home because the owners had discovered a very large crack that was allowing water to come in. The crack covered the entire basement wall pushing inwards. The customer has a basement with sealant on the walls, no visible cracks, but every time it rains a little stream of water comes in on the corner of the foundation.
