We had this set of customers call us with crawlspace flooding concerns! At first they experienced a pipe bursting and completely flooded the crawlspace, they had it dried out and things seem to be fine. Mr. Chatman had us come in and do three projects on his home. We stabilized the front right corner of his home and front entryway. The home had cracks on the inside crawlspace footing and exterior.

We installed Smartjacks along the sagging floor joists as well as the post on the back porch. We also installed Waterguard in the basement due to water intrusion that happening.

Homeowners were concered with vertical cracks in their foundation. There was no moisture, water leaks, or cracks in the drywall of the interior, but they were concered that these could become a problem if the vertical foundation cracks worsened.
