If your home's basement has experienced flooding problems, damp walls, and flooring, or has a constant smell of mold, odds are that you need basement waterproofing services. We have the skills and expertise to fix any wet basement, and we use our patented basement waterproofing system to fix any and all water problems once and for all. One of the more popular repair methods we have used in many other Pittsburgh homes is the installation of an interior French drainage system using our WaterGuard® Below-Floor Drain. Our French drainage system works by pumping out any water that enters your basement away using a sump pump before it can ever cause any damage.

Recently, a homeowner in Meridian, ID, reached out to us with a familiar issue – their crawl space was plagued with water and high moisture levels. This not only threatened the structural integrity of their home but also created an environment ripe for mold and mildew. Understanding the urgency, our team was ready to spring into action. After the homeowner contacted our friendly Customer Care team, we promptly scheduled a home inspection to assess the situation. Our System Design Specialist visited the home, thoroughly inspecting the crawl space to diagnose the source of the moisture. Post-inspection, we proposed a solution guaranteed to protect their home and improve the air quality: installing our CleanSpace encapsulation system and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Our production team, consisting of a knowledgeable foreman and skilled installers, began the installation process with efficiency and attention to detail. The CleanSpace liner, a robust, tear-resistant material, was meticulously laid out to completely seal off the crawl space from the earth, effectively mitigating moisture and preventing water infiltration. Next, to ensure the environment remained dry and healthy, we installed the SaniDry Sedona – a high-performance dehumidifier specifically designed for spaces like this. The result? A transformed crawl space, now dry, clean, and most importantly, free of moisture and its related problems. The homeowners were overjoyed with the outcome. No longer did they have to worry about the detrimental effects of moisture lurking beneath their feet.
Do you have any water in your crawlspace? Or cracks in your foundation or surrounding the crawlspace vents? A recent customer of ours sure did. We sent one of our System Design Specialists there to help them by going into the crawlspace and install a new SumpPump, SmartPipe, and SilverGlo to fully waterproof the crawlspace and then CarbonArmor for the crack repair. If you or someone you know is in need of any of these products or services, call or visit us in person and we will help you!
Are you wanting to sell your home and the inspection report comes back with some cracks? Well one of our recent customers was dealing with this. They were unsure what to do so they got on the internet and found us. They gave us a call and explained their issues and we got them on the schedule to have one of our specialist go out and try and find the right way to fix it. Once he got there he went ahead and looked at the cracks. He then wrote up a proposal with what product and how much it would be to fix. He then sat down with the homeowners to go over the proposal and to answer all their questions. We then sent out one of our foreman to the home to install our CarbonArmor on the cracks to permanently seal them.
When was the last time you were in your crawlspace? We had a recent customer of ours reach out about concerns with their crawlspace. We sent one of our specialist out to take a look at the problem. The last thing we installed was our CarbonArmor to permanently seal those cracks.

Seperating your home from the earth properly is very important and includes sealing the barrier around fixtures and beams, not just laying down a tarp. Our specialists know best and ensure they use not only the best products but the proper technique to make sure your crawlspace is air tight!
The customer was having issues with mice just recently and started re-mouse proofing his home using Extruder materials to eliminate entry into the house and garage. While cleaning his garage, he found a crawl space issue, especially around the pipes leading from the hot water; there is a huge piece of wallboard missing which appears to have happened during either hot water or furnace repair so the craw space is open in the garage. He wanted to have his crawl space inspected for further issues and hopefully repaired as needed.
So we installed smartpipe and smartsump to keep the water out of the crawlspace and to redirect the water to the lawn.
Mr. Lind called because he had a concrete window well that was cracked and caving into the basement. So we excavated the soil behind the wall so we could get a better idea of what we were working with. The concrete wall was pushed off the footing by 5 1/2 inches. So we installed our Geo-Lock wall anchors, and we were able to straighten the wall and secure it from any further movement. Mr. Lind was very pleased that we could get the wall back to being straight.
Homeowners were getting their house ready to sell when they noticed a musty smell. They knew this was the result of a moisture problem, but unsure about the potential of mold or standing water, since they had yet to go into the crawl space. They gave us a call and we sent over our expert to take a look.
Our expert saw moisture saturated insulation that was beginning to fall, due to the amount of water it had absorbed. It was completely soaked. There was standing puddles throughout the crawlspace where condensation had pooled. The humidity levels were at seventy percent, but luckily there was no mold yet.
Our experienced installers put in seven vent covers to prevent warm, moist air, from entering the crawl space and condensing on cool pipes. We installed SaniDry Sedona, a dehumidifier that would pull out excess moisture from the air. Together with these products working, these homeowners can safely sell their house knowing the moisture problem was correctly addressed.
Homeowners had discovered standing water in the crawl space on three separate occasions. The most water ever experienced was about two feet of standing water that filled the entire crawl space. Seeking a permanent remedy, the homeowners contacted us. We worked together to understand their goals and then custom designed a system to achieve those goals.
Homeowners had a vertical crack in the concrete foundation wall. The crack allowed water into the finished basement a couple of times before they contacted us. We worked with the homeowners to design a permanent solution to keep their basement dry, which included repairing the crack with the FlexiSpan® Crack Repair System.
Robin B. of Meridian, Idaho noticed that her home floors were uncomfortably cold. Upon further inspection it was determined that Robin’s vented dirt crawl space was not insulated properly, and had excess moisture that we causing her to be uncomfortable.
Robin found Foundation SupportWorks of Idaho and made the call. An appointment was set for her to meet with one our System Design Specialists to inspect the crawl space and determine what could be done to make her home more comfortable and efficient, as well as address the excess moisture in the crawl space.
Our expert recommended that she install a CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System with SilverGlo insulation panels and a SaniDry dehumidifier.
SilverGlo is an insulation panel that is used to insulate the crawl space walls and help keep the cold, or hot, air out of the crawl space. The Clean Space Liner is used to completely seal the crawl space from the outside, creating a clean, dry area that is resistant to moisture penetration and greatly increases the efficiency of a home’s HVAC system. The SaniDry dehumidifier helps keep the crawl space dry by filtering out moisture in the air, and also helps clean the air inside of the home.
Since having her CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation system installed, Robin has noticed that her home is more comfortable and that her HVAC system has to work less to maintain a comfortable temperature. She no longer has those icy cold floors!
