The porch on the front of this beautiful Eagle, Idaho home had sunk down several inches. This had left a gap between the decorative stones and the porch. Our push piers successfully lifted the porch to its original position. The homeowners were thrilled that we were able to lift, and were happy knowing that with the newly installed piers. It won't ever sink again.

Our client contacted us regarding problems with a french drain to handle runoff from the gutter. However, this was not adequate to handle the periods of excess rainfall that the Treasure Valley had been experiencing. The unfortunate result was that the excess water was leaking through a crack in his foundation wall that was allowing the excess water to pool in his crawlspace. After our design technician met with the client, we were able to craft a tailored solution to meet our client's needs. Our team quickly and carefully installed a SmartSump, IceGuard, and LawnScape to ensure that the client's crawlspace is not only dry but also ready to hold up to next Spring's rainfall. The client showed his appreciation for our friendly and expedient service by giving our team a 5 out of 5 review on our website.

Have you ever thought about the benefits of encapsulating your crawlspace? A recent customer of ours wanted to know the benefits of encapsulating your crawlspace. He wasn't sure if they should actually do it or not. He decided to just give us a call and we explained to him that it would be better to just have someone come take a look at the crawlspace and give a free estimate. We got them on the schedule to meet with our specialist Nick. Once Nick got out to the home he met with the homeowners and they went over any concerns and questions the homeowner may have had. Nick then went into the crawlspace and started to take photos and measurements also crawled the whole crawlspace to make sure there is not any water or water damage. Once he was done with that he then met with the homeowners to go over everything he had found. He then started to write and go over the prospal with the homeowners about our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace liner is used to isolate the home from the earth completely and permanently.

The littlest things can cause the most damage, literally! In the photo below you can see some cracking along a window for the basement, well unfortunately the crack goes all the way through to the inside of the house and has caused significant water damage from water slowly getting in over time, if you're not too sure it never hurts to set an appointment with a specialist to prevent things from happening!
The CarbonArmor system permanently stabilizes your home’s foundation walls. CarbonArmor uses fiber-reinforced polymers (FRPs) which are 10-times stronger than steel, yet flexible enough to contour tightly against your basement wall. The ArmorLock brackets bind and secure the CarbonArmor straps to your floor joists making the CarbonArmor solution fast, non-invasive and ideal for quickly stabilizing bowing and leaning walls.
NexusPro® is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry.
A homeowner in Eagle noticed he had two cracks in his garage foundation. The cracks went all the way through the garage and into the stucco.
We installed four Helical Piers around the garage to lift and stabilize it. We also installed Landscape wells to move water away from the structure and have it go down towards the rain gutters.
Mr. Ktkinson called because he had water coming into his basement. He lived in a manufactured home that was leaking. There were cinderblocks on one side of the home and new ones on the other side of the house. The foundation was on an older farm house-single wide. When they put the double-wide home on, it was leaking shortly after they had moved in 2004. So they called because they need it to get fixed!
We found that the water was coming in from their egress window, so to fix this we installed a new Egress window well duct, Sump Pump and Waterguard and The Basement To Beautiful Panels
The Waterguard was installed to collect water and drain it to the Sump Pump
Sump Pump was installed to pump all the water out of the basement, as well to pump any further water from coming in.
The Basement To Beautiful Panels are engineered foam panels with integral studs, that are fastened directly to the foundation walls. The panel features a unique, advanced SilverGlo foam insulation with graphite infused throughout the foam. The graphite drives the insulation Value (or “R” value) of the foam up by approximately 24% over conventional Expanded Polystyrene foam by lowering its thermal conductivity.
Mr. Ktkinson was very pleased with the work! And left us a nice review on google
Mr. Miller who lives in Eagle, ID was building a patio with a concrete foundation. He wanted us to install some Helical Piers to help stabilize the patio and to prevent any settling issues in the future. For this install, we put three Helical Piers in and the brackets are now able to stabilize the footings.
We were contacted by homeowners in Eagle because their front porch had sunk a couple of inches. This sinking exposed the wood between the decorative stone and cement porch, which means the steps to the front entrance of their home were starting to ruin. With a quick call from the owners, our expert came to the scene to fix this issue for these concerned homeowners.
Once at the scene, our experts began installing push piers to stabilize and prevent the further sinking of the porch. At the time of installation, our experts were able to lift the porch back to its original position, making it look as if no sinking or damaged had even occurred. With our expert's immense knowledge of the situation, we were able to solve this problem for these property owners in a timely fashion.
Homeowners experienced a musty odor everytime it rained. The problem seemed to be coming through the floors. Unsure what to do the homeowners called us. Upon inspection standing water and moisture problems are discovered in the home's crawl space. We designed a waterproofing solution that achieves a dry crawl space, clean air, and protects the home from future flooding.
Home had a vertical crack in the concrete basement wall. The problem was discovered when water had intruded through the crack, damaging the dry wall. We worked with the homeowners and chose FlexiSpan® Crack Repair System to permanently repair the concrete and keep the basement dry.
Last week we received a call from Chuck. Chuck was very upset when we first spoke. He told us about how he was trying to sell his house and was not having any luck. Chuck said “I don’t understand, it’s a 10 year old house in Eagle, it shouldn't be this hard to sell.” so we started to ask questions. It turns out that every time a prospective buyer would send an inspector to examine the house, the crawlspace wouldn’t pass. That’s why Chuck called us!
Chuck's home had standing water along the perimeter of the crawlspace and the black vapor barrier had been ripped down. Thankfully during that first call we were able to set an appointment with our System Design Specialist to visit Chuck and take a look at the affected area.
Our expert quickly put together a plan to remove all of the water from the crawl space and prevent this issue from ever coming back. First, suggested instalingl a SuperSump sump pump to remove the water from the crawl space and back out to the yard. However, because the water was standing along the perimeter of the crawl space we also needed to add a SmartPipe system to move that standing water the direction of the sump.
Now that the water was being removed from the space and diverted into the lawn we could move on to step two: Isolate the house from the earth. This is when we used our CleanSpace product! Most vapor barriers are 6 mil polyethylene that can easily rip and get holes poked in it when you crawl on it. That’s not the case with CleanSpace! CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner, similar to pool liner, that can be fitted in your crawl space to completely seal off your home from the earth and moiture in the ground.
By the time we had finished with Chuck's crawl space, he was able to not only quickly sell the house, but he was able to get more than the original asking price! Chuck called us with the great news and to thank our system design specialist and the team for helping him out of this wet situation.
Amy A. from Middleton fell in love with a home built in the late 60s, it was everything she ever wanted. She started to do some remodeling to the exterior of the home and noticed stair-step cracking in the brick. She could tell that the previous owner had attempted to fill the cracks but she knew that filling the cracks or covering the cracks up would only be a band-aid fix. She stated to pay more attention to the out side of her dream home and noticed a gap between the chimney and the side of her home. Worried that there could be an issue with the foundation she reached out to us for help.
Shortly after calling Foundation Supportworks she met with Mike T. one of the teams most quailied foundation specialist. Mike was able to confirm Amys worries of a foundation issue. He let her know that the chimney was not built on the same foundation as the home and that made it even more at risk of having foundation issues. Mike was able to walk around the home and noticed some of the doors and windows sticking. Amy, like most homeowners had notice the doors sticking but she thought it was just because the home was old. Mike gave her an onsite estimation to have her issue not only repaired but to prevent it from ever coming back.
Once the job was finished we followed up with Amy and found that she was very happy with the work done on her home. She said that she felt a lot safer and could enjoy her dream home even more now!
