This foundation of these porch steps had sunk, causing cracking and separation from the rest of the porch.
Cracked Cement
Without our team installing a helical pier, the cement surrounding these steps would have continued to crack, spreading to the nearby sidewalk.

After the pier was in place, our team was able to conceal the low-profile pier under a slab of rock. NexusPro sealant was then used to improve the look of the cracking cement & protect the home from water intrusion.
