Foundation Repair Photo Album: Saturated ground causing cracking?

The homeowner gave us a call because the house is settling and cracking from the saturated ground.  We installed SmartPipe system with SmartSump to remove water from the crawlspace. We also installed Helical Piers with mechanical lift brackets. The brackets were installed to stabilize the staircase leading to the front door. The steps were starting to settle due to the saturated ground in the crawlspace
