Foundation Repair Photo Album: Sinking Front Porch in Eagle, Idaho is Lifted

This beautiful home in Eagle, Idaho had a problem. The front porch was starting to sink. With the help of our design specialist, our experienced crew, and our patented push piers, we were able to repair the home. Not only were we able to stabilize the porch, but we actually successfully lifted it a few inches and back into place. Our installation crew is detail oriented and was even able to make sure the worksite was almost exactly the way we found it. No one will ever know there was ever a foundation problem!

Returning Porch to Original Height

The gap was successfully closed, indicating the porch was returned to it's original height.

More than Stabilization.

This push pier successfully stabilized the foundation, but also lifted the porch several inches, as indicated by the enormous gap underneath it.
