First Look at Eagle, ID Sinking Porch!
The landscaping as we found it at the start of the job.

Noticeable Big Gap
Before we started pushing the piers into the ground, there was a large gap where the porch had settled. You can even see the board

During the Lift.
Almost there!

Returning Porch to Original Height
The gap was successfully closed, indicating the porch was returned to it's original height.

More than Stabilization.
This push pier successfully stabilized the foundation, but also lifted the porch several inches, as indicated by the enormous gap underneath it.

Completely Lifted Porch
All the homeowner has to do is run the sprinklers and the dirt will settle under the rocks again, leaving a work site that looks virtually the same as it did before.
