Turtle door to crawlspace in Montpelier, ID
Challenge
Don't have the best entrance to your crawlspace? One of our recent customers noticed their floors were starting to sag. They then called us and we go them on the schedule to have one of our specialist go out and find the problem. Our specialist noticed the support beams in the crawlspace were starting to rot and the entrance of the crawlspace was just to small. The specialist then sat down with the homeowner to talk about the best solution to fix the problems they were seeing.
Solution
Once we knew what the problem was we sent out one of our foreman. Once our foreman got out there they installed SmartJacks to help support the floors. We also installed beams with the SmartJacks to help better stabilize the floors. We then installed a turtle door to make an extra bigger entrance to the crawlspace.
