Challenge
Diagnosing the problem with the home from just a few cracks in the footing around the house.
Solution
Ultimately this home had some pretty severe settlement and sometimes the only real sign that homeowners notice is a little crack on the outside of the home. When a house is settled or pulling away from itself we have the option to use either helical or push piers to permanently stabilize the home. Even though having permanent stability will bring the homeowner peace of mind. In some cases, we can even lift the house back to its original place to ensure that it is level once again.
