Encapsulation Preparation
To prepare the crawl space for encapsulation, we seal off all the vents and then lay out our CleanSpace drainage matting. Its dimpled design prevents water from pooling beneath the vapor barrier and directs it to the drainage system and sump pump.
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
Made from a 20mil thick, 7 layer polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market. Once installed, it seals, covers and protects the space from moisture and humidity.
SilverGlo Insulation
Our patented SilverGlo insulation boards were installed along the crawl space walls to provide an unbroken sheet of R-11 insulation and to act as a vapor barrier to the walls.
