This customer has a home that was built in the 70's and noticed the crawl space was drafty and had a musty smell. One of our foremen came over and placed cleanspace all over the ground to encapsulate and insulate smells, mold, and possible leaks from the ground, applied SilverGlo on the walls, smart jacks for a stronger floor, and also used a Sedona SaniDRY to suck out the moisture in the air and bring it to an even temperature. Finally, the foreman covered the crack outside in the foundation to prevent any further damage to the inside of the crawlspace.
