This customer in particular had a leak in the plumbing the year before, and a while later the customer started experiencing difficulty opening and closing doors, especially the one in the bathroom which had a crack above and almost went to the ceiling. The customer wanted to take precautions to make sure this would never happen again, so we were called to fix the problem. Our workers noted the cracks on both the inside and outside and covered the areas in the crawl space that were leaking with cleanspace and installed Smartjacks to create stronger stability.
