Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Waterproofing Crawl Space
This family recently moved into a new house to discover there was water covering the crawlspace. At first they hired someone to dry it out and put in new visqueen. Sadly, the problem returned and the whole area was soggy. They already have sump pump but have no idea where the water is coming from. That is why we at Foundation Supportworks of Idaho are here to help. Our workers examined the full area to understand the problem and get an overall idea on what to do. They cleared the area and used a smartpipe to see if any outside elements had any effect on the interior, which was where the problem was located. Next, our workers used a humidity sensor to see what the exact temperature was, and then used a SaniDRY Sedona to make the air cleaner and prevent future mold and odor. Finally, they put a vapor barrier, cleanspace, over the ground in the crawl space to limit the amount of water leaking in.
Wet Crawl Space
Our workers discovered how severe the leakage was, which was wet, soggy, and mud was everywhere.
Crawl Space Insulation
By clearing the area and using smartpipe, our workers can get a better look at the exterior and see if it has any affect on the interior.
Craw Space Waterproofing
By finding out the exact humidity in the crawlspace, we can use the right tool to solve the situation and bring the area to a more appropriate temperature.

By using a SaniDRY Sedona, our workers cleaned the air of the toxins that were playing a part in the damage. With the SaniDRY Sedona, it can prevent mold and limit odors.
Vapor Barrier
By using a vapor barrier, out workers can limit the amount of water and mud that is currently affecting the crawlspace.
