Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Water coming into your crawlspace?

The customer was having issues with mice just recently and started re-mouse proofing his home using Extruder materials to eliminate entry into the house and garage. While cleaning his garage, he found a crawl space issue, especially around the pipes leading from the hot water; there is a huge piece of wallboard missing which appears to have happened during either hot water or furnace repair so the craw space is open in the garage. He wanted to have his crawl space inspected for further issues and hopefully repaired as needed. So we installed smartpipe and smartsump to keep the water out of the crawlspace and to redirect the water to the lawn.
