To protect his crawlspace from moisture and rain water intrusion, a Coeur D'Alene homeowner contacted us with questions about encapsulation. He uses the space as storage and also as a workspace so having a moisture barrier and a drainage system to keep the water away was important to him. Our crews were able to transform the space that was covered in dirt into a clean and sealed off space. These photos highlight the main components of the installation.

Any moisture that enters this space is collected by the pump to be diverted away.
Sanidry Dehumidifier
To complete the whole waterproofing system, a dehumidifier was installed to mitigate the moisture in the air.
Discharge Line
The discharge line is integrated along side other pipes in the crawlspace.
Ice Guard and Lawnscape
The discharge line is led out of the home through an Ice guard that prevents runoff from freezing.
