He wasn't sure if it was a super big problem or if they could just get away with just letting it continue. He started to ask around and everyone told him he should get it looked at. He finally decided to have someone come out, he gave us a call and explained his concerns and issues. We then got him on the schedule to meet with our specialist Tim.
