Current Floor
The foreman looks at the current state of the floor before beginning the process.

Sump Pump Prep
Our foreman plans to install a sump pump to suck out any water in the floors or foundation now and in the future.

Concrete Application
The foreman applies concrete all over the sides before installing thermal dry tiles.

Thermal Dry Tile Installation
Thermal dry tiles will help prevent moisture, mold, leaks, and make the floor a more even temperature. Not too cool and not too hot.

Thermal Dry Tiles/Sump Pump
After the thermal dry tile installation is complete, a sump pump is installed to drain water in the basement both currently and forthcoming.
