This customer was having problems with the crawl space. The finished basement is letting water in and causing the floors to buckle. One of our foreman came over and put a vapor barrier all over the crawl space area, while he put concrete all over the sides of the floor and applied a sump pump, as well as installed thermal dry tile over the floor to prevent mold, moisture, even temperature, and a stronger floor.
