This home had a leak in the basement that was seasonal, so water came in when the snow melts or there was heavy rain. The water would cover the whole room by about a half-inch deep! We installed a Sump Pump and WaterGuard system to make sure the water gets directed to the pump and out of the house instead of all over the flooring.
