Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Continuous flooding in basement in Boise, ID
During the last heavy rainfall, there was moisture/water in the basement underneath the flooring. The homeowner first had a plumber come out and determine it was not a plumbing issue and that it was most likely a foundation crack.
The homeowner gave us a call to see if we can determine where it may be and get a for waterproofing the interior of her basement.
With this continuous flooding in the basement, we installed waterguard as well as a SumpPump.
WaterGuard
WaterGuard: Designed to capture water seepage through walls and leaks along the wall/floor joint

SumpPump
SumpPump: Water flows into the sump pit through drains or by natural water migration through the soil. The sump pump's job is to pump the water out of the pit and away from the building so the basement or crawlspace stays dry.
