Challenge
Have you noticed water in your basement? A customer of ours had an old farmhouse that would get water in the basement any time they would irrigate. They looked into specialists that could help them resolve this issue and found us. We were more than happy to get them on the schedule with one of our System Design Specialists so we could return their home back to being dry and healthy.
Solution
Once our System Design Specialist got out there he spoke with the homeowners and then took a look at the basement to find where the water was originating from. He found that there were cracks in the concrete floors that was allowing the water in and ruining the homeowner's carpets. He wrote up a proposal for the homeowners explaining products he recommended, how they would be installed, and the cost. When the homeowners agreed, we sent our foreman out to install our WaterGuard to not only help seal the cracks but redirect the water so the issue wouldn't return.
