Basement Waterproofing in Pocatello, ID

Challenge

A recent customer of ours was struggling with keeping their basement dry. There was a crack at the bottom of the stairs that would let water in every single time it rained, and would keep leaking as long as it was raining. They told us that there had been times where the leak would lead to standing water in the basement that was hard for them to get out. They had worked with another company in the past but they weren't able to get a permanent fix, and that's why they were coming to us. They were tired of the water and the mold damaging their home and wanted to be able to use their basement. We were more than happy to get them on the schedule and get a Design Specialist out to help them.

Solution

Once our Design Specialist got out there and met with the homeowners, they showed him the problem area: the basement. The specialist then inspected the whole basement and came up with a plan of our products that would best resolve this issue for them so they wouldn't have to think about it or deal with it ever again. He wrote up a proposal that outlined the products, the cost, and how the products would be installed. The homeowners agreed and were looking forward to a permanent fix. We had our foreman go out and install our WaterGuard product to help redirect the water, seal the crack in the stairs with FlexiSpan so water couldn't leak in anymore, and a SumpPump to help keep unwanted water out.
