When water comes into the basement of a home it causes many issues both for the home and those whom live in it. This home is a prime example of what happens when moisture comes inside when it should stay outside. The walls and wall coverings get soaked as well as the floor and floor coverings presenting not only damage to the furnature but also damage to what homeowners have worked so hard for. Excess moisture can cause medical problems as well as total loss of what one calls home. 

These homeowners contacted us in seak of help to address and remidy the moisture issues.

Solution

Our Design Specialist did a thourough walk through while making note of the problems the homeowners were having with the moisture coming into the basement. He then sat down with them, explained what he found, and presented solutions to the homeowners which included: the installation of a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system. Installation of a SuperSump pump system with cast iron pump designed to pump the water out, liner, airtight lid with airtight floor drain, CleanPump Stand, and WaterWatch alarm system to monitor the water level and notify if the water level is too high. The installation of a LawnScape outlet at end of discharge line to devert the water out a safe distance in the yard. 
Install WellDuct Window Well Drainage system for a problem area under a window in the basement. As well as our CleanSpace wallie system to chanel the water into the WaterGuard while protecting the wall coverings on the inside of the walls. By installing these products, the water is now contained and rerouted therefore preventing moisture and mold damage to the property.
