Leaky Basement Walls Resolved in Hailey, ID
Challenge
A homeowner has a large basement that they wanted to be able to use. The issue was that there was always standing pools of water on the ground. Water would run down the walls and pool onto the floors below, making it difficult to use the room. A sump pump was installed previously, to pump the water back out, but that didn't keep the water from first pooling across the basement floor. The homeowner gave us a call and we sent out our expert to see how to resolve this problem in a timely fashion.
Solution
We installed DryTrack along the two leaky walls in the basement. When she saw exactly how easily the product was to install, and realizing that it would take care of further leaks, the owner had us continue installing the product along the entire perimeter of the basement. We were able to finish this job quickly, so she could start using her now water-free space. This homeowner can now rest assured that her large basement will remain protected from water for years to come.
