Don't Settle for a Wet Basement

We were contacted by Boise homeowners because they were unhappy with the water intrusion in their basement year after year.  Water was seeping into their finished basement where the wall meets the floor, soaking their carpet over and over again.  After 25 years of frustration, the homeowners called us to see what, if anything, could be done.

Solution

We set up a free appointment with one of our expert design specialists, who was able to complete a thorough inspection.  After discussing all possilbe options for waterproofing their basement, the couple decided on the solution that fit their needs best. 

Our professional installers pulled back the existing carpet and installed WaterGuard at the base of the wall with the water leak.  The WaterGuard now collects water entering under the wall and sends it to a sump pump that collects the water and directs it safely away from the home.  We were even able to run the discharge line under a cement walkway to keep it out of sight. 

After putting up with a wet basement for over 25 years, the Boise homeowners will no longer have to worry about water in their home.
