Overall, I give the highest rating for a job well done! I have such peace of mind knowing that my house is level and that I no longer have to be concerned about it settling. Thank you to everyone involved in all the steps along the way!
I appreciated Morgan regularly contacting me in the months leading up to my foundation support project and taking the lead when I voiced my concern about the columns for my patio also needing to be lifted. She also made sure that I received the December 2021 pricing/discount for the 2 helical piers we had to add for the patio columns.
I really appreciated Ryan bringing Steve with him on his second sales visit for consultation regarding questions I had. Ryan was great to work with, and Steve's expertise proved invaluable and was greatly appreciated.
Wyatt, Josh, Cameron, and Brad were the best! They were conscientious, hard-working, and very respectful. They kept me informed and were very considerate and thorough in answering all of my questions, making it easy for me to understand. The entire process of lifting my house was fascinating! I also liked that Steve was on site 2 of the 5 days. An older gentleman whom I did not meet and Skyler stopped in, as well. I was amazed that the crew completed the project in only 5 days!
Truthfully, I would give a 4.5 rating. It was 2:30 Friday afternoon and we all were all a bit tired from the week's work, so a few details were overlooked, namely the drop cloths still covering my hardwood floors after the crew left. Wyatt and I even walked right over them on the way out, not giving it a second thought after we finished up the paperwork-- something to laugh about!
What made you choose our company:
I contacted Dale and Bernie Little, the owners of the home two houses north of me, asking who had done their foundation support work a number of years ago. They are the ones who recommended Foundation Supportworks of Idaho to me. When I compared bids, read your booklet, and talked with Ryan and Steve, I was confident that Foundation Supportworks would provide quality product and workmanship. The 25-year warranty was a big selling point for me, knowing that I could remain here another 10 or 15 years and still have plenty of warranty remaining for a new owner should I decide to sell. It was much more expensive going with Foundation Supportworks, but I'm a believer in the adage that you get what you pay for.
