Sales Process
Tim was WONDERFUL but I feel that the lack of knowledge and recommendation on the severity of the electrical component was a big surprise - that's the only reason for the lower marks. Tim was responsive, kind, and knowledgeable about the products - we just wish the electrical component would have been stressed as it was a VERY expensive item.
Our Installation Crew
Josh, David, and Lucas (Josh 2 days, David first day, Lucas second day) were AMAZING. Kind, thoughtful, respectful, clean, and overall fantastic.
